Quiz: Are you taking care of yourself?
Choma, your body operates on so many different levels every day. You use your physical strength while doing everyday activities like walking, or exercising; you use your mental strength to do things like read a book and to solve daily problems (like what you’ll have for lunch); and you also exercise your emotional strength as you go through different emotions during the day. But just like a muscle, when you exercise all these parts of yourself without taking the time to rest or heal, over time the physical, mental and emotional parts of you stop working so well. Self-care is taking the necessary time to relax, refocus and regain your physical, mental and emotional strength. So it means not only taking care of your health but also taking the necessary breaks and self-fulfilling actions you need to re-boost your mental and emotional energy. So are you taking care of yourself the way you should Choma? Take the quiz below to find out.

Oh no Choma! It looks like you need some help. It might seem like the best way to deal with the troubles of life is to escape them but Choma, you’ll always feel better when you bring your problems out into the light. Making yourself a priority and taking the time you need to destress is important. It might seem like the best way to overcome something is to either ignore it or overthink it, but that just makes the problem bigger. Consider talking things through when you can. Also do more of what you love and spend more time with people who support you.
